Early Years: A Journey That Began with Wind and Water
Vadim Borisov (born 1979) grew up from a young age in a unique environment—at the yacht club founded by his father. This environment of freedom, discipline, and teamwork instilled in him important qualities: responsibility, leadership, and inner strength.

From an early age, he witnessed how an idea you believe in can bring people together. His father entrusted him with significant responsibilities, and by the age of 18, Vadim had become the director of the yacht club, where he did more than just manage— he created his own educational and practical programs.

It was during this period that he took his first steps toward bodywork and energy work. He intuitively sensed how, through simple actions and a special state of being ,he could help others— alleviate fear, awaken strength, and restore their connection with themselves. He led meditative practices, physical exercises, and even symbolic firewalking, without labeling these with any specific terms—simply doing what worked.

His experience working with teenagers, organizing educational programs, and his natural desire to share laid the foundation for his future path. Even then, it was clear: he knew how to create a space where people could open up, become more confident, and feel freer.
Education, Career, and the Entrepreneur's Journey
After an active start to his teenage years, Vadim enrolled in the Institute of Tourism and then continued his studies at a teacher-training university. He later defended his Ph.D. dissertation in education and spent more than 20 years teaching, guiding studentsand helping them discover their strengths. His education gave him a systematic approach, the ability to work with people, and a keen understanding of internal processes.

Alongside his teaching, Vadim actively developed entrepreneurial projects in various fields. Together with his father and older brother, he managed a yacht club, founded his own college, and later entered the hospitality industry— for over 10 years, he managed hotels and resort complexes, focusing not only on service but also on creating an atmosphere of care and comfort.

In 2019, he launchedthe clothing brand Aussie Wear, which quickly became a hit: in 2020–2021, the brand ranked number one in the hoodie segment on Wildberries and Lamoda. He set up production facilities, managed teams, conducted negotiations, and opened new lines of business. This phase taught him to think big, make quick decisions, and take responsibility.

But despite his commercial success, deep down, this path no longer resonated with him. After his divorce and a conscious decision to leave the business, Vadim found himself at a point of complete reinvention. This personal crisis was not the end, but the beginning: it was precisely this experience that led Vadim to his true life’s work—helping people reconnect with themselves through the body and energy.
A Personal Crisis: When Everything Fell Apart
The hardest blow came in 2022—after his divorce from his wife, with whom he had lived for more than 20 years. It wasn’t just the end of a relationship; it was the collapse of his entire world.

Vadim had always lived for his family. All his projects, businesses, and efforts—everything was for the sake of stability, well-being, and the future of their three children. Together they traveled a lot, spent winters in Thailand, lived in Turkey, and spent a year and a half in Dubai. They were preparing to move to Australia: they sold everything in Russia and bought a house and a car on the new continent. And it was precisely then—at the moment when their lives were completely up in the air—that the breakup happened.

The divorce was a blow not only to his emotions but also to his sense of identity. First , no one in his family had ever gotten divorced before. Second, he lost not just his family—he lost the role to which he had devoted his whole soul: the role of husband, father, protector, and provider. He was left alone with himself—without his usual routines, without the future he had spent so long building.

Vadim handed over the businessto his ex-wife, who stayed in Dubai with the children. He himself returned to Russia after five years of wandering aimlessly—with only $700 in his pocket. He had absolutely no plans for the future and was plagued by a profound inner question: “Who am I now?”
A Return to Oneself and the Birth of a Method

The Present: Practice and Mission
During this period , he began gradually working with people—first within a small circle, then more openly. He started offering individual sessions, formed his first small groups, and received his first feedback, whichconfirmed that what he was doing was working.People felt relief, a sense of connection, and a return to their bodies, to themselves, and to life.

It was then that his second wife, Lera, entered his life. It wasn’t just a meeting, but a union of two people who were on a journey toward themselves—each through their own depths, through their own moments of letting go. Some call this a “new-age union,” but in reality—we live together, create together, help each other, and complement one another. We don’t fight over roles; instead, we walk side by side—in a true partnership.

The method, which by that point had already begun to take shape, was literally advancing by leaps and bounds. Every session, every response, every request from people revealed new facets. It continued to evolve through practice, through live interaction, through honest work with the body and memory.

The mission became clear: to bring people together, to help them work with their feelings, release tension, and reconnect with themselves—through the body, through breath, through life energy.

Today ,we lead in-person and online practices, teach, host retreats, and offer individual consultations. In 2024, we visited more than 14 countries, and we’re happy to travel wherever we’re welcomed. We’re developing an online school and a professional training programbecause we want this method to be accessible to those who truly want change.

The “Neurowave” method is officially patentedin Russia, and Vadim himself was named Body Therapist of the Year in 2024 .
