Before we move on to the online course, I hope you’ve watched most of my “Horizontal” videos on YouTube and have come to understand that “Neurowave” is my original set of techniques in body-oriented therapy, designed to promote psycho-emotional release and address physical blocks.

For those who don't want to or don't need to work with a partner

THERE ARE 3 COMPONENTS TO ONLINE LEARNING:

Triggering a neural wave through physical stimulation

1) Contact Techniques

Contact techniques form the foundation of the “Neurowave” method. They are suitable for working with anyone, regardless of their level of sensitivity, and produce quick, visible results. Through touch, pressure, and vibration, deep physical and energetic processes are triggered: reflexes are activated, blockages are released, and sensitivity is restored.

Physical contact allows you to release tension, relieve muscle stiffness, get energy flowing, and awaken the body. It is the most direct and reliable form of interaction, and the starting point for any practitioner’s journey.

In this online module, you’ll learn one basic yet powerful technique for triggering a neurowave. This skill serves as the foundation for your future practice. The course is structured around the “watch and repeat” principle: you’ll watch a demonstration on a model, study each step, and immediately put it into practice.

2) Non-contact techniques

— This is a gentle yet profound way of working with the body through energy fields. It involves no physical contact, but rather targeted influence on subtle levels. This approach allows us to reach layers that are not always accessible through direct physical contact: subconscious fears, frozen reactions, and blockages at the “invisible” level.

This module is a logical extension of the contact module. It can be used as an add-on following the basic course, or as a standalone tool for those who already work with the body, are familiar with energy practices, or feel more drawn to working with the subtle plane.

Non-contact work may seem almost like magic on the surface—but at its core lies the precise focusing of attention, working with energy fields, and the power of intention. These practices aren’t about putting on a show; they’re about deep, peaceful transformations that take place within a space of trust.

3) Therapeutic Work with Blockages

The third stage involves integrating everything you’ve learned so far. Here, contact and non-contact techniques come together as a unified whole and become a tool for in-depth therapeutic work. This is the next level, where you move from learning techniques to understanding how to conduct a comprehensive session aimed at transforming the client’s state.

At this stage, the focus is on psycho-emotional and psychosomatic work through the body. This may involve tension, chronic tightness, internal stiffness, or a stuck emotion that a person is unable to process. The sessions help break out of this frozen state, trigger self-regulation processes, and restore a sense of freedom.

Vadim provides a detailed walkthrough of how to conduct a session from start to finish —from making initial contact to completing the process. This is not a training module on specific techniques—all the techniques were already covered in the first and second levels. Here, you’ll learn the structure, logic, and strategy for guiding a client, including through observation of real-world practice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you practice regularly during and after the course, you’ll be able to master contact and non-contact techniques, as well as the basic principles of therapeutic work with people.

But it’s important to understand: just as you can’t become a psychologist or body therapist by watching a few videos, true skill in this field comes only through practice. The course provides tools, and your level of proficiency with them depends directly on how much time you devote to applying them.

If you already work with people—as a psychologist, coach, massage therapist, osteopath, bodywork practitioner, or specialist in another helping profession—these techniques can be seamlessly integrated into your current practice.

If you don’t work with people, you can apply this knowledge to your relationship with your partner to better understand each other, build deeper connection, and discover new dimensions of intimacy.

In addition, the practice itself significantly develops your sensitivity, your ability to listen to your body, notice emotional processes, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. For many participants, it is precisely this personal experience that becomes the greatest value of the course.
