Our course is a three-day deep immersion in body-energy practices. Each day runs from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (times may be adjusted by one hour earlier or later; we’ll let you know in advance). The lunch break is about an hour, usually from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. We organize meals for the whole group—either by ordering food or going to a restaurant. However, you’re welcome to bring your own lunch or spend this time as you wish.

Each morning begins with an introductory session where we set the tone, explain the essence of the practices, and prepare our bodies and minds. This is followed by partner practice: first, you’ll take on the role of the practitioner, then the role of the client (or vice versa, if you prefer). We’ll go over the techniques in detail, demonstrate them on a model, and then you’ll move on to practicing with different partners.

This isn’t just about practicing techniques—it’s a process that touches on deep states of being. That’s why we take regular breaks: to rest, talk, center ourselves, and check in with our bodies and feelings. This is an important part of the work that helps you not just “rush through” the practice, but to truly experience it and gain genuine insight.

The program’s structure isn’t rigidly fixed. We shape it dynamically—depending on the group’s state, level of preparation, and inner needs. Because, as strange as it may sound, the energy field truly works. And when you join a mindful group—it’s not assembled by chance. Within it, you’ll find exactly the reflections, support, and challenges you need right now.

What we definitely guarantee:

all the techniques listed will be covered;
you’ll gain experience in two roles—facilitator and client;
you’ll leave with a renewed body, internal challenges addressed, a new level of awareness, and the energy to move forward.

And you’ll also leave with new friends. Because the experience you’ll share as a group brings you together on a special level. Here, external statuses and masks fade away. What matters isn’t who you were before—but who you become through this process.

We work with respect for your rhythm, your body, your boundaries, and your depth. And we teach you how to be present in the moment, to listen to yourself, and to refrain from judging—neither yourself nor others. Everything we experience in practice directly reflects how we interact with people, with money, with loved ones—and with life itself.

Yes. A significant number of our participants come not to become therapists, but to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to have their own therapeutic experience.
The course is not only about learning the method but also an opportunity to engage in deep work with one’s own body, emotions, and inner states. During the training, participants not only master the techniques but also experience them firsthand; they learn to be more attuned to their bodies, notice habitual reactions of the nervous system, and gradually release accumulated psycho-emotional tension.
Many people come to improve their quality of life and relationships, reconnect with themselves, reduce anxiety, and regain a sense of energy and inner strength. Even if you never end up leading sessions for others, the knowledge and skills you gain from the course will stay with you and can serve as a source of support for many years to come.
If, over time, you feel the desire to help others, you’ll already have a solid foundation for further growth. But this is by no means a mandatory goal of the training.

Yes, we issue a certificate of completion that entitles you to conduct private sessions using the "Neurowave" method.

It varies from person to person. Some people, without even expecting it, go deep right from their very first sessions, while others need to attend the training 2–3 times to feel at least something. Everyone feels something.

The outcome of each session depends 70% on you and 30% on your partner. Your life will change exactly to the extent that you allow yourself to go deep within, into your own experiences, to live through them, express them, and let them out.

Please participate fully in all stages of the training: actively warm up and engage your body. Don’t slack off—every stage has been refined through hundreds of training sessions and affects your results (even if your brain thinks it’s absurd in the moment and wants to run away).

Yes, all the exercises in the workshops are done in pairs.

We try to maintain a balance between men and women, but there are no restrictions on female-female or male-male pairs. We do not bring sexuality into it; we do not give away our own energy, nor do we take our partner’s energy. We learn to be whole and to operate from a state of mastery. At that moment, it doesn’t matter at all what gender the person you’re working with is. For women who feel unsafe around men, I regularly hold a Women’s Workshop.

If you’re not ready to participate in the training sessions, I’m always happy to see you for a private session.

Most of the exercises involve physical contact. WE DO NOT TOUCH INTIMATE AREAS, we do not reach under clothing, and we do not make any sexual gestures. I reserve the right to remove anyone from the training session without explanation after the first warning (though this has never happened).

Of course, just to be on the safe side, bring everything you need to feel comfortable. Hygiene products, a change of underwear/dress/pants—so that, first and foremost, you feel at ease ☺️
Based on my experience with these sessions, everything goes well. It’s possible (just a possibility) that working with the body might increase blood flow and, so to speak, have a more intense effect on how you feel, but everyone is different and it’s impossible to predict.
I can say with 100% certainty that women practice regardless of their condition, and there have been no incidents.

2. We do not exchange energy or transfer energy. If you harbor an unconscious fear that a demon will jump out of someone and inevitably latch onto you, I’ll tell you—that’s exactly what will happen. It’s impossible to attract into your life something that isn’t already within you. Your fears and beliefs will trigger you from within until you work through them.
3. We are always very careful about the space we choose for our practices. IN OUR SPACES, YOU CAN EXPRESS YOURSELF LOUDLY. Yes, you can.

Pregnancy, use of antidepressants (and illegal substances), heart disease, intoxication from alcohol or drugs, recent fractures or surgeries within the last 3 months, any fresh surgical stitches, and cancer. If you have any doubts, please contact us directly for a consultation.

For group sessions—yes. Please wear WHITE (light-colored) solid-colored, form-fitting clothing. For women, a sports top or tank top paired with leggings or shorts is ideal. For men, a T-shirt paired with athletic shorts or lightweight linen pants. Your navel should be exposed or easily accessible (for your own comfort).

For individual sessions—no.

The full tuition must be paid one week before the start date. You can make a prepayment to secure your spot.

Yes, we don’t film or post anything about anyone against their will. Your experience can remain completely private.
